How it works

Step 1

Contact us for a free, no obligation consultation to speak with one of our agents to discuss your circumstances, see if you’re eligible for our service, and advise what our fees would be if you chose us.

Step 2

If you are eligible for our service, we take a copy of your photo ID, your TFN and your date of birth, review your circumstances and work out how best to maximize your refund. We will lodge your claim within 24 hours of receiving your information.

Step 3

We lodge your tax return, deal with the ATO if there are any issues and pay you your refund (less our fee), usually within 21 days of lodging your return.
